Its a brand new townhouse with top-notch appliances, very stylish, airy, high ceiling. Very close to an acclaimed historic downtown Cloverdale, many unique shops and stores, banks, Starbucks. Only 40 min to Vancouver DT.
It’s fully furnished with a large TV screen set.
Your room is spacious, nicely furnished with everything you may need, double bed (brand new!!!), study desk, office chair, a large closet. Unless you have your own, we can provide linen, blankets, pillows, and decorations!) AND THE ROOM IS on the TOP FLOOR and not in a gloomy basement :) Very bright, sunny, happy - and very private (no common wall with other bedrooms)!

About the roomies
We are a dynamic little family who loves - and are involved with arts, and are very outdoorsy. We love movies and moviemaking, good food, a good laugh. We also travel a lot, so lots of time you will have the house all to yourself! Looking for a great roommate to share our beautiful place with.
