Rent includes EVERYTHING (water/gas/electricity/high-speed internet), in-suite laundry and most kitchen essentials. Room comes furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, shelving rack and mattress/bedframe.

Located W 49th and Granville. Lots of bus stops only a few steps away from the front door. A 15 minute bus ride to UBC on the #49 or #480. Easy access to Langara Skytrain Station. Also close to the #10 bus that takes you straight into downtown.

3 clean, conscientious and friendly male roommates. All are working full time (graphic designer, accountant, restaurant). They respect everyone’s space but are always down to hang out in the kitchen and chat or grab dinner!
