Everything included (Water, heat, electricity, internet). Groceries and toiletries we can buy our own, and buy as needed. Partly furnished main floor, bedroom is unfurnished. The property has a big yard and free parking on the side of the house. Living room, kitchen and full bathroom main floor. Yard is shared with downstairs tenants, but don’t usually see them out there much of the time, and the parking is unshared (for me and the potential roommate only). Smoking (cannabis and/or cigarette) strictly outside. Very close to downtown- approx 10 minute walk, or 4 minutes on bus.

I am male in my 30s, looking for a roommate to split half the rent. I am very easy to get along with, as long as the party isn’t brought home. I work often. I do smoke outside only. I have one vehicle but we can talk about parking. There is a family who live in the basement (2 story home) that we share the laundry room with.
