The area is conveniently located: it is short walk to the nearest bus-stop; the Malton bus terminal connects with buses from Toronto, Brampton, and other areas of Mississauga; the airport is located to the south of Malton, there are also many offices, factories, and warehouses found lining the west of Steeles Avenue, and the west of Derry Road and the various north-south intersecting roadways (Torbram, Dixie, Tomken, etc), to the East is Toronto, and the Humber College - North Campus; the bus terminal is located opposite a mall.

The property that is being rented has two large bedrooms ($650 per room), and two smaller bedrooms ($600 per room). No roomies yet. One large room, and the two smaller rooms will be ready for occupancy as July 12, 2019.
