About the room
The basement apartment is one block north of Bathurst Subway Station on the green line. We have a few windows and the whoever moves in will have a gigantic closet space. We are located in the heart of the Downtown Toronto Annex. This property is walking distance to many resources from 24hr foods + grocery stores, the library, parks, swimming pools, community centre spaces, museums, galleries, bike shops, gas station, bars/clubs and many more. Although a 2minute walk from the subway station entrance, we do live right in front of the bus stop which comes in hand after having a long day ! Not to mention our lovely backyard space. Our landlords are also super chill ! They just ask for whoever moves in to have payments of first and last months rent (security deposit of 1600).
Just a heads up, all amenities are included in rent, the only thing we have to pay for is internet. I currently split 100 for Internet but am switching providers to hopefully get the rate down. But yes, total will be 800/month + 50% payment for internet. There is also parking available to rent out as well.
About the roomies
I am a full time artist, in my mid-twenties, my work hours are super flexible and at times work from home and late hours. I do host a lot of community events for young artists while also doing freelance film and post production work. I also have a baby pup so whoever moves in will have to be dog friendly.
