I have a bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment all utilities included.(heat, hydro, water, internet, parking) The apartment comes with parking for 2 spaces and spots on the street as well for visitors. There is coin operated laundry on site.

I have 2 corgis and they will be staying here so you must be okay with 2 small dogs. I am not looking for an extra pet for this premises.

Bedroom is currently being used as a spare room. It has some furnishings which will be removed for your arrival. This is not a basement apartment and it has a nice amount of light.

I have everything you need and you can use for kitchen appliances. The apartment is fully furnished. 10 minute drive from conestoga college. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. There are no students living in this area, primarily adults and full time workers. The neighbours are all very friendly and often look out for each other. It’s a great sense of community. There is a balcony as well which is very private as theres lots of trees in front (a great relax zone)

About me: I am in the social work sector. I have 2 jobs, 1 overnight and a position with the school board of guelph. I am a nature lover, gamer, animal lover, and ultimately just love peace and sitting outside.
