Looking for one more flatmates to occupy the spare large unfurnished bedroom!

This is a 3 bedroom (3 story) townhouse located next to Minoru Gate (track, soccer fields, swimming pool, public library, ice rinks), 1 minute walk to bus routes 406, 407 and walking distance from Richmond Center Mall.

Move in date is September 1st, 2019, the rent will be month to month paid in advance by the last day of the month.

We have 1 room available (unfurnished), this room will share the bathroom with 1 other flatmate.

Very spacious kitchen, living room and storage spaces, there is also a balcony facing Gilbert Rd.

There is a garage and plenty of storage room but the garage is currently occupied (my car) but there is street parking.

Utilities divided between 4 people: Gas, Hydro and Internet 75 (speed).

Room Rent + utilities (estimated at $75 per person)= $1100.00

About the Roomies: My girlfriend and I are quiet people, we don’t go out for parties and rarely have guests, we work and study so we are looking for like-minded people. We are gamer, watch a lot of movies and TV shows, also enjoy the occasional puzzle building.

We have a small pug named Trooper, he is 4 years old and loves to eat and sleep. Dog people are very welcomed to apply but Strata has a 1 pet per house rule so unfortunately, no additional pets allowed.
