About the room
Household of students looking for another awesome roommate. Mid size bedroom with large closet. It can be furnished or unfurnished. The majority of us are attending Trinity Western but we are very close to the Cloverdale KPU campus. The kitchen, living room, and laundry are shared between all of us (completely furnished). The room for rent is a private room but you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
-Walking distance to bus routes, groceries/pharmacy, liquor store, dollar store, walk-in clinic, fast food, etc…. -Utilities included -Pets negotiable (no cats due to allergies) *** Must be comfortable with dogs***
Will consider non-students but must be a working individual around our ages (19-35)
Please not this is a short term rental and may end June 30th.
About the roomies
5 Students living together, we all get along quite well. Fun and enjoying going out but focused on studies during the week.
