We are currently looking for a third roommate to live with us in our bright, spacious basement suite for September 1st.

Information about the suite -Suite is furnished except for the bedroom -Utilities are included -Perfect location for students! Across the street from Camosun Lansdowne campus and a quick bus ride or bike ride from Uvic -Great access to bus routes. The 4, 9, and 14 are within a 1 minute walk and the 7 and 15 are within a 3 minute walk. Very easy to get downtown too. -Amenities are close by including Hillside Mall which has a grocery store, liquor store, shoppers drug mart, etc. -Street parking is available -There is a washer and a dryer in the suite -Landlords live on site - they are amazing -No pets -No smoking -Wifi is extra, $25 a month

Ideally looking for someone who is either a student or who works daytime hours and who is looking to sign a year lease.

We are a 3rd year male student and a 4th year female student, not a couple, both at UVIC and both studying geography. We are both health-conscious and love working out, eating healthy, going for hikes and spending lots of time outside. We both eat a plant based diet and are definitely interested in having a meatless household so bonus points if you are vegan or vegetarian! Not a deal breaker if you aren’t though :) We are excited to welcome a new roommate into our suite. The landlords also live on site but not in the unit. They are a very nice couple with 2 teenage boys and we share the backyard with them.
