I am looking for a responsible person to rent my FURNISHED LARGE room in my townhouse. You would have your own bathroom (main one guests use but barely have them over). Included in rent is laundry, wifi, and use of the kitchen. Parking is on the street. You MUST:
- respect my things
- clean up after yourself
- be responsible for your own bathroom
- non smoker
- non alcoholic (yes you can still have alcohol just please don’t be a drunk)
- non drug user (includes pot)
- quiet
- NO PARTIES
- pay rent on time
- be working full time or full time student
- no overnight guests
- Please ask about pets if you have them
