The duplex is located on a quiet, mature, and diverse dead-end street. The shared living areas, kitchen and bedroom are fully furnished. There is shared access to a very large outdoor terrace, open concept living/dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful newly renovated bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. I am a 30 year old female Concordia Philosophy MA student who is looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 6 1/2 upper duplex in the Snowdon (between N.D.G and Cote des Neiges) Montreal area. I am currently renting to a female roommate, also a student working/studying at Concordia, and my boyfriend who will be graduating from his Digital Design and Layout program in November.

I have a small cat named Steve, he is very friendly and playful, but I am looking for a roommate without pets of their own. This is not your typical student apartment so I’m looking for an intelligent, responsible roommate who will be respectful of my personal belongings and hygienic standards. I have had great experiences in the past renting to exchange students and would be happy to show you around if you’re not from the area. I am very social and love meeting new people. I enjoy decorating for the holidays and I try to spend as much time outside as possible during the summer. I am very studious during the school semesters, so I can appreciate when someone needs peace and quiet. I’m looking to find someone who seems like-minded, and who is hopefully interested in hanging out occasionally and cooking together. I love trying new foods and cooking with friends.
