The rent will be payable to myself, the leaseholder, as per the roommate agreement. Your room is furnished including a queen size bed with a large closet. The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. On the 16th floor. It’s large (950 SF) with a nice balcony + brand new appliances (dishwasher, electric stove, oven, fridge) + 1.5 washroom (you will have your private 0.5 washroom with sink and you will use our bath tube). Full access to gym on the rooftop with a nice view + outdoor pool + laundry in building.
