The listing won’t let me enter my address but I have provided it above. Easy access to whitemud and henday. Preferably looking for someone who works shift work or at least respectful of the hours. I am 26 year old that works at the hospital full time. Social but also respectful of your space.

You would have your own room and bathroom. Shared living room/kitchen. All utilities are included. (Heat, water, power, AC, internet and TV). Upstairs washer and dryer. Common areas are furnished. Can have your room furnished or unfurnished. 1 parking stall in garage is available. Some storage in basement/garage also available.
