Regina Street North

We are looking for someone to move into one of the bedrooms in our three bedroom apartment at 300 Regina St. North Waterloo. The apartment only has one bathroom but we’re respective of each others schedules so this shouldn’t be an issue. The apartment includes a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The building always for pets and has on-site laundry (pay-per-use) and a gym. Parking spots are available if needed but must be paid for. The room in question in a mid-sized room that includes a closet and has a single large window. The apartment is unfurnished but we have mostly furnished the shared parts of the unit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Laurier and is on a quiet street with closeness to a number of eating establishments.

Our lease is for 8 months and we are ideally looking for a roommate to move-in for September 1st. We had originally had a roommate that was to fill this room but she dropped out of university last minute, so we are looking for someone to fill that void. In the meantime, she is still paying for this room so we are relatively flexible about move-in dates.

We are two female second-year students at Laurier who are working towards a BA+MA in History and a Bachelors in Archaeology+Geography. We’re quiet, neat, and reserved and, although we tend to stick to ourselves, we are very friendly and respectful of others. Both of us are very committed to our studies and we would appreciate a roommate that is similarly studious. We tend to spend most of our time either doing schoolwork or chilling independently. Neither of us are party people and, instead, prefer a calm environment.
