I will have 2 bedrooms coming available for rent as of March 1, 2020. The master bedroom with walk in closet $600 and the smaller bedroom (really good size) $500. I have just replaced the carpet in both rooms. This will include all utilities except cable and food. There is currently 1 parking spot in the driveway with potential for a second depending on schedules.

If my rooms have peeked your interest here’s what you can expect.. you would be residing with a mother daughter duo and our cat named Dawg. All 3 of us are super chill. My daughter and I are clean but not OCD clean. We live pretty busy lives so plenty of opportunity to have the house to yourself. I like to think we are super easy to live with. As I would like references from you, I can offer up some contacts of roommates past if you would like.
