The condo is a 2 bedroom plus den and is quite spacious. There is also a really nice large balcony and a large storage shed. The bedroom itself has a walk-in closet. There is induite laundry and also all the kitchen items and dishes are included to share. There is a large walk-in pantry. I recently installed an alarm system so it is very safe and the neighbourhood itself is very quiet.

I have recently separated from a common law relationship and he took most of the furniture but I do have the basics (kitchen table, couch, and chairs).

The condo is within walking distance to century park LRT station, approx 15 minute walk, or the bus system is really close as well. Approx 40 minute commute to the University of Alberta.

I would be the only other person living in the condo. I am a 21 year old female student. I am quiet and am either out of the house or studying a lot. I am very clean and like to keep things organized. I like to bake and cook and I also love wine.

The neighbours are really nice, and so are the landlords! The landlord for this condo is a police officer and he is very respondent with any problems, but he also leaves you alone unless you need something.
