About the room
This is a newer town home in a newly developed area of Willoughby Heights. There is a clubhouse attached with the suite which gives you access to a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, theatre room and other amenities. There is a small backyard with a table top fireplace, sitting area and BBQ. There is ample space on the streets for parking as well as visitor parking.
There is a washer and dryer within the suite.
About the roomies
I am a single, professional, middle aged female. I love animals and have a dog and cat. Unfortunately, my strata only allows 2 animals so I am unable to accept anyone with a pet (although you are more than welcome to have pets visit us!).
I am very clean and organized and would prefer someone of a similar nature.
This is a non smoking suite.
