About the room
Great Tyandaga neighborhood. Close to Bruce trail and all amenities (Across the street: Fresh co, Shoppers Drug Mart, RBC, TD, variety of fast-food restaurants). Close to the 407/QEW.
Your room is in the basement, and you have your own washroom! Laundry is also downstairs so I will be accessing this area for that purpose during reasonable times.
Rent is all inclusive (water, power, wifi, snow shoveling, laundry, etc) - willing to reduce rent if parking is not necessary. Lots of parking for visitors.
About the roomies
I’m a 30-year-old Primary School Teacher. I am a very patient, easy-going, fun, and respectful person. I’m pretty funny and am always down for a laugh. I don’t take myself too seriously and it would be nice if you didn’t either :) (humor is good for your soul, in my humble opinion)
Integrity & honesty is important to me, I’m looking for the same in a roommate :). Chill as well would be nice!
For fun, I like to do yoga, cook, read, relax and watch Netflix (The Office, Movies, etc).
