This is a shared home in a good neighborhood in Etobicoke / Toronto with walking distance to grocery store/cafe/pharmacy, with a TTC bus stop right in front on Islington avenue. The bus goes straight to Islington subway station in 3-5 minutes and total travel time is about 30-40 minutes to St.George subway station from the front door (Google maps time). Good for students going to University of Toronto or Humber college or professionals working in the GTA.

This is a shared house with currently 2-3 bedrooms available starting September 1 . There are different size rooms for different prices - smallest $800, regular size $900, and largest master bedroom $1000, all inclusive. Parking is $50 extra a month. If you want the room furnished it will cost a bit more. These all include high speed internet and utilities. There is also storage in the garage for your bicycle.

You have access to shared kitchen, laundry, living rooms, exercise room, backyard/patio/bbq, to eat, stay fit, or relax. Previous tenant is a family who is moving out and house furnishings will be changed to suit room rental, so the pictures you see here are old. No smoking or pets allowed. Looking preferably for mature students / working professionals for a peaceful and respectful environment.

I am a recent grad working in retail currently looking to develop my skills / resume, and am a busy hard worker who is family-oriented, likes learning, and is detail oriented.
