I have a quaint room in my home in the South Walkerville area of Windsor. The rent will be $650.00 per month, with first and last months rent due up front. High speed Internet and other utilities(eg. hydro, water) are included in the rent. It’s a quiet area with plenty of off- street parking, so if you have a car, you will find parking right at the back of the apartment building. There are many local shops nearby and public transportation as well, with the number 1C and 8 buses both having stops outside the apartment building.  The room is furnished with full size bed and there is a built-in wardrobe. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am a working professional, male early 30s. I am very quiet, clean and respectful of others. I have a regular 9-5 job but also have a part time job, so I am not home a whole lot. I do like to socialise but I do not party very much, Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, who is a non-smoker (but if you do there is a back porch where you can smoke).
