3 bed 1 bath main floor house near SAIT! The house is a corner lot, furnished everywhere EXCEPT the bedroom. I am a mid 20s female, work full time, love it travel & are very social. I am hoping to find someone mature, stable, likes a clean house & is also social! It’s available June 1st as one of my roommates is leaving (she is moving in with her boyfriend) Rent, internet & utilities are all included. Washer & dryer are on site & there’s parking available! No smoking & No pets! Instead of having 3 people in the house I’d prefer one roomie and we split bills down the middle. I have the 3rd room set up with some basic workout gear & storage!
