The house is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood just off 49th. It is an 10 minute walk to two massive parks- perfect if you’re a runner or like nature walks! We are a 10 minute drive to SFU, 10 minute walk to royal oak sky train station. We are centrally located and are 1 block away from 49th allowing easy access to ubc. We are a 420 friendly house, but we ask that smoking only occurs outside the home.
The bedroom that is available is in the top floor with access to a washroom you share with one other person. The room is medium sized and has a closet. Rent is $1000 and includes utilities, wifi and cleaning supplies.
Looking for a responsible and clean roommate to join us in a just built air conditioned home of young professionals. We are a diverse group of individuals with various interests. However, we are all respectful of each other, the home, my large dog and spoiled cat. It is expected you contribute to the house by completing one small, assigned chore every week. The house also follows a quiet hours system to respect everyone’s schedules. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday and 11pm - 8am, Friday and Saturday.
