Goldstream Avenue

Unit is in Goldstream VIllage Unit is fully furnished except the bedroom. In suite laundry, underground parking, storage locker. Unit is on ground floor so I always use the porch door to get in and out of the condo. The room itself is big, has 8 foot ceilings and a good sized closet. You would have your own bathroom across from your bedroom as I have an en suite in mine. Condo is tastefully furnished and always kept clean. Bus stop is 30 seconds away from front door, Routes to downtown, bear mountain, dockyards and UVIC. Condo is walking distance away from cafes, shopping and groceries. I also have a BBQ on the Patio :)

I am a 25 y/o working professional that commutes to downtown M-F and works at the near by golf course on Saturdays. I have the cutest 12y/o cat named Sugar that loves belly rubs.
