Cassandra's room

 Neighbourhood: I live in a truly beautiful neighbourhood that is very safe and has excellent paths for walking and enjoying nature. There are multiple parks and river walks close by.  Transportation: there is a bus stop that connects to all of the St. Albert transport systems & the greater Edmonton area routes right behind my house.  Yard: I have a lovely back yard for relaxing & playing with mature trees and a few small gardening areas.  Garage: there is room in my garage for an extra car and available street parking as well  Dogs: dogs that are respectful, reasonably quiet, and well behaved are welcome in my house. They will need to stay in the upstairs/outside area and are not allowed downstairs at any time.

I am respectful and considerate person who is looking to share my house with someone of the same qualities. My dog is quiet & respectful as well.
