I’m currently looking for someone to share my pet-friendly (fur and/or fur-less) townhome with me. I have 1 bedroom available for rent, as of August 1, 2019, in the prime location of Bayfield and Cundles.

Rent of $850/month includes:

Utilities Washer and dryer available in house Guest bedroom for short-term visitors Back deck with outdoor furniture Lawn maintenance Park/Basketball/Tennis courts across the street

Internet is not included but can be shared for $25/ per month. Parking is available. The house, minus the bedroom, is fully furnished.

I’m looking for a professional who is clean, responsible, and steadily employed. Pet(s) will need to be trained. First and last will be required. The lease will be for 6 months with the potential of renewal afterwards. Potential renters will need to provide references and proof of employment.

A little about me: I’m a 35 year old full-time, locally employed female, who is currently enrolled in the CPA designation program. I love all animals (minus mosquitos), enjoy a variety of sports, have a bad case of wanderlust, like all seasons but prefer fall, and appreciate a good movie.
