• New build and appliances, with AC, Laundry, and Dishwasher.
• Ability to privately rent out a space for hosting at a fee. (Or access at any time for free as a communal space). Includes Microwave, Fridge, Seating and Dining Facilities, TV, and Balcony Access.
• Pet Friendly (we have two cats which is the maximum, sorry, but you’ll have access to our lovely cats!)

Unfurnished, but we have 2 desks, a large couch, and cat items (2 litter boxes and a table for their food). Furnishings can be completely negotiable :) No Smoking in or around building. No more pets (we have 2 cats). No Subleasing. *(Parking not included in monthly rent, possibly available with additional fee.)

We are a young couple of 4.5 years that love to learn, exercise, and create. We are quiet, polite, tidy, conscientious, friendly and respectful. We’re looking for someone with the same characteristics.

We have 2 female cats who are extremely loving and playful. They love to meet new people, cuddle, get pet and be complimented.
