One small bedroom on first floor NOT BASEMENT available in a three level townhouse in Rockingham/upper Clayton Park. It’s super close to MSVU, next to a bus stop to the Lacewood terminal. Choice of furnished or unfurnished! Located in a quiet, safe street with parking available. 6-month contract preferred, will also consider month to month.

Room has very bright, large windows, private bathroom available across from the room, but main bathroom with shower is located upstairs on third level. You will not need to share a shower with us. Shared laundry is also across the room. All utilities are included, parking is available for single vehicle.

Shared rest of home including kitchen, living area, backyard and patio.

MUST be able to pay consistent rent, and be LGBTQ friendly.

Two late twenties professional couple who own the space! You’ll be sharing the townhouse with us. We like playing video games, cooking, and nerdy past times. We drink socially and don’t smoke. We have friends over every so often, and sometimes friends/family will stay for a short period (few days-week) during holidays.

We both do shift work and overnights so sometimes you have to be quieter during daytime hours (usually 7am-3pm).

Overall we’re pretty relaxed and are looking for someone similar who we can get along with.

We prefer someone a bit older, mid twenties up professionals or grad students looking for semi-temp housing.
