Hi .I am a working professional who is willing to share the basement .The owners live upstairs and me in the basement .There is one single room where I live and there is one bed in the living room which is for you.The major advantage for you is that it is $750 plus 20% utlilities per month and there is various shops down the street like fresco and other convenience stores .The kitchen is fully furnished and it is entirely new and well maintained. The owners are very polite and hardly they care about us .Honestly no owners are as friendly like them .There is a separate private door for basement entrance .I am a non alcoholic and I smoke rarely .I work in a Insurance company nearby.
