A beautiful furnished room, bathroom is only shared if other guests are visiting (rarely). Shared livingroom, dining room, kitchen, large deck, recreation/study room and laundry. Close to Duncan, a 25 minute walk to Maple Bay Beach, Tennis, Pickle Ball courts and hiking trails close by. Looking preferably for a student (short term- a school year, renewable) who is quiet, respectful, a non smoker, non drinker/drugs, and non partier.

I’m easy to get along with, non smoking, clean and respectful. I have 10-15 years experience with international students as a Homestay Host and about 4 years as an ESL teacher.
