Hello everyone, I am looking for a roommate for the house I am living in as my roommate had just moved out. The house is in Rutland at 640 Tartan Road.

The bedroom is unfurnished and is big enough to fit a fair-sized bed, dresser, and desk. • Located near several bus stops that can easily get you to UBCO, downtown, or the mall • Large backyard with a large garden if you’re into gardening, and there are several different fruit trees as well. • In-suite laundry • Separate entrance • Lots of natural lighting as well. • Pet-Friendly to cats only. NO pet deposit required either • Parking spot in the driveway.

All in for rent, utilities and internet would be $800/month. The rental is on a month to month basis, so you don’t have to make any term commitments with a lease or anything.

I am the only other person living here. I am a recent grad from UBCO, I am quite introverted. Some of my hobbies include video games, bowling, and binge-watching movies and shows. However, I do more than that! I like to live tidy and clean. I am a rather quiet and respectful person. I consider myself easy-going and easy to get along with too.
