Hi there! We are looking for a female roommate to rent the basement of our large bi-level home. We are a family living upstairs so we would like a quiet and responsible roommate to share our place. You would have a recreation room with a gas fire place, your bedroom and bathroom with shower to yourself. Ideally you would also have a kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, and toaster) downstairs and come upstairs to the shared kitchen to make meals. You would also have a parking space, access to the laundry room and backyard. This home has a cat so no other pets are permitted. There is no smoking or parties here either. Since I rent the place, I have to submit to my landlord your credit check, landlord reference, and proof of income with the rental application. If you know you don’t have these items then unfortunately I will not be able to have you as a roommate. Thanks for your interest! Viewings can be booked between 6 pm and 8 pm during the week or afternoons on the weekend.
