Marshall Avenue

Hello, I own a home with my brother in chilliwack. We both live there currently but have two spare rooms to rent. The house is a 5 bedroom with 2 kitchens one upstairs and one downstairs. Large private backyard and covered deck outside.

My brother lives upstairs with his girlfriend and her cat but one room is available up there.

I am downstairs with my two cats and another empty bedroom down there. Laundry is also located downstairs

The house has a total of 2.5 bathrooms (the master will be available with en-suite but it has no shower or bathtub)

Everyone that lives here currently is 25-27 years old 2 males and 1 female. We are pretty chill people, we like it quiet but don’t mind the odd party. I should mention, we smoke pot everyday. We are 420 friendly and are totally cool with some alcohol but we are not cool with illegal drugs/getting drunk constantly. (We put that stuff behind us so if you’re into that please keep it away from us)
