The building is brand new, walking distance from Yorkville, Bloor Yonge TTC station, UofT, and Church-Wellesley Village🌈 Apartment is on a 49th floor. There is a kitchen-living room area, entrance hall, two bathrooms, washer/dryer and a big balcony. Building amenities include gym, pool, bbq area, party rooms, yoga room, business centre and a 24hr concierge.
