Offering one room in a spacious and beautiful two bedroom luxury condo with a great view located in Burlington ON to a clean and Quiet non smoker, you have a choice between the master bedroom or the smaller bedroom, both rooms have their own bathrooms! Room can be furnished upon request, also there is a gym(closed due to covid), and underground parking which is an additional fifty dollars a month. The room is to be rented by one person only, and the condo to be shared with me, the landlord. I apologize since the unit is not pet friendly, not available to smokers(i have asthma), and does not permit overnight guests. I am comfortable with a minimum two month lease, however proof of income such as a job offer letter or current bank statement if you wish to stay longer, first and last month is required, preferably via email money transfer, no cheque or cash(paper trails for both our safety) The rooms are available March 1st onwards, the master bedroom goes for 1450 and the smaller bedroom is 1100, hydro and internet included. The condo is right opposite shoppers drug mart, five to ten minute walk to either frescho, fortinos or food basics, and tons of other restaurants, McDonald’s, subway, Mr sub, A&W, pizza nova, pizza pizza and amenities like gyms, banks(CIBC and TD), bus stops to downtown or go station. It is one of the most sought out locations in Burlington, family oriented, safe and quiet. So if you prefer to live in a peaceful environment vs sharing a house with 5 other people, please do respond to this ad and tell me a bit about yourself, and i will be able to show you the condo in January. Just me the landlord, 34 year old process engineer who works weeks and codes during the weekend, i am an introvert, appear non friendly, but i’m totally the opposite and will always be there to help, my top priority is making your stay a safe, peaceful and enjoyable one.
