Hello Everyone, My roommate moving out we are looking for a roommate, we have 2 French Bulldogs you must like cute dogs:) This place is cozy 3 minutes walk to the skytrain station (royal oak), Metrotown just few minutes away too and DT only Take 25 mins to get there. I’m looking for a responsible, honest, clean lady. The rent includes all utilities and Laundry on site. Professional or student for long term. You can choose homestay ($1050) or just the room.
