Tolmie Avenue

We are looking for a kind and respectful roommate to move into the 3rd bedroom of our basement suite. The room is super bright and spacious, it has 3 closets and a hook to hang things from the roof. You can easily fit a king sized bed, a desk, dresser and a small couch in this room. We live on a dead end street so it’s a very quiet area while still being within walking distance of 2 grocery stores, and a 5 minute drive to 2 more. We also live a 5 minute walk from several busses.

My sister and I are both hospitality workers in our early 20’s, we both love to cook and sing. I love to read and go on hikes with friends, my sister really enjoys watching tv and going on walks. (we live a 10 minute walk from Mundy Park so we go there a lot) when we’re not working we usually like to be at home and relax, we are very laid back and don’t like any drama. We’re hoping to find someone who will fit in nicely in our space :)
