I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in downtown New West. The bedroom is 135 sq ft, furnished with a bed, dresser, bedside table, lamps and desk. There is also a floor to ceiling closet in the bedroom. All utilities are included (wifi/heat/hot water/hydro). Dishwasher in the apartment.

The bathroom, kitchen, balcony and dining spaces are shared. Cleaning for common areas would be split equally. Parking spots are $20/month although there is lots of street parking available.

• 10 minute walk to Douglas college (Relatively close to BCIT and SFU as well)
• 5 minute walk to Columbia Sky train station (~30 minutes to Vancouver Downtown)
• 15 minute walk to Movie theatre/groceries stores/banks/cafes/pubs/restaurants/gyms
• 103/105/106/N19 bus stops nearby
• Liquor store 5 minutes away (for those rough days)

The building has:

• Laundry in building ($1.50 for a wash-dry cycle)
• Game room -Amenity Room

Requirements:

• 6 month commitment (month to month after that)
• Damage Deposit (half-month rent)
