DEC 1st Beautiful flat in heritage building- 2nd floor, 2BR walk up… ok enough with the realtor lingo 🙄, let me tell why this spot is awesome:

•10 min walk to ossington station •24hr TTC bus extremely close by- maybe 50m •Close to Christie Pitts🏊‍♂️, Sobey’s, Loblaws and Fiesta Farms 🍞🍎🥛 •2 amazing coffee shops within 5 minutes walking

It’s a great neighbourhood with close access to Bloor St W and the Ossington strip, near by Craft Beer Brewery 🍻, and Parks (hello green areas🌳). I’ve lived in this area for a while, and I love it because so many awesome things are so close.

About the unit: •Amazing light with a big window in every room🌝 •10 foot ×12 foot room that could easily fit a King sized bed🛏 •Hard wood floors, A/C •Fully stocked kitchen with an espresso maker, Vitamix, sous vide, stand mixer, pots and pans, dishes

Things we would share: •Bath, Kitchen, living room (TV) •Cleaning responsibilities (vacuuming, mopping) and household supplies (e.g. toiletpaper, dish soap)

Parking for one car, and a clean affordable laundry mat right down the street

Renting is hard, and sharing this place gives you access to an awesome neighbourhood, a short commute tondoing anything downtown, a great roomate (me) and easy access to some of the amazing things that make life fun, all wrapped into $1150/month (internet is included too). It’s a pretty good package.

I’m a social person, so I’m good with people as long as everyone is respectful. I don’t mind parties, and having friends over because that’s what I like to do as well, but within reason! I cook, and usually way too much food, so I’m always good for sharing a meal. But I’m independent and like to also give people their space - I’m a really easy going laid back person.
