Hello! We are a young, adventurous, fun, friendly and respectful couple renting a room in the upper level of a beautiful spacious home in Capehorn very close to POCO. It´s a stunning location for someone who is looking for a residential area with many amenities nearby to call his or her home.

It´s a big house with a communal fully-furnished living room, kitchen, and garden, where you will find enough free space for yourself. The house is within walking distance of a bus stop (line 152) and a 3-minute drive to a small commercial district with a grocery store, restaurants, gas stations and a Anytime gym or even Golds gym, Costco approx. 12-15min

The bedroom is rather large and has an attached private bath room. Furnished with a bed, desk and closet and can be locked. The room is ready to move in but you can bring your own furniture. From the room you will have full view to our back yard.

• Rent is inclusive of utilities (internet, water, gas, electricity)
• You can make use of our laundry (washer and dryer) and garden facilities (vegetable garden and barbecue)

• Deposit is half of first month rent
• No pets allowed
