Iam a 29 year old single female looking for a responsible female roommate to rent the basement in my townhouse that is located northwest Edmonton near Londonderry mall starting December 1. I currently have a family that is renting the townhouse but they will be moving at the end of November and I will be moving in and was looking for a roommate to move in with me. $350 damage deposit required. No pets allowed. Utilities are included and internet as well. The basement does have a full bathroom as well I have included pictures of the bedroom and the washroom in the basement as well there is a small area that you can use as a living room or for extra storage. We will have to share the washer and dryer and kitchen but I am at work most of the time from mon-Friday, when I’m not working I’m usually visiting with friends. I am a quiet, clean and laid back person. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood and there is lots of street parking. its close to clairview station and other amenities.
