Davis St

Room available for rent in our home December 1st. Rent is $450, all inclusive (includes wifi, rent, utilities, on site laundry, parking), shared kitchen and 4 piece bathroom in house. Room is fully furnished and has a bed, wardrobe/dresser, good sized closet, night table. Room is available for 1 person only (minimum 6 months rental) with first and last month due. We have 2 dogs and a cat so must be okay with that. We cannot have any other cats or dogs. We are also having a bit of work done on the house so at some point there is some noise(not often and only between 10am-1pm if ever). Pictures available upon request.
