Looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful roommate to share my beautiful condo at Era Condominiums near Yonge & Highway 7.

The space is a 1+den, 2 bathroom unit with a private room available for rent. You’ll have your own private bathroom, plus access to a modern kitchen, spacious living area, and balcony with west-facing views (amazing sunsets!). You’ll be sharing the space with me, but I’ll try to make it as separate as wanted. Was looking to split our space by using the doorway on the left in the first picture. Will listen and consider what each roommate wants for what space.

About the Condo: High ceilings (9’) and wide-plank flooring throughout. Quartz countertops, and under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Central heating & cooling. Locker available, but sorry no parking. I plan on using the parking spot. In-unit laundry.

I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the place clean without being over the top about it. I’m 25, male, and will prefer to room with men unless I cannot find a desirable roommate. I am not currently living at this place, but will move in anywhere from Oct. 8-Oct. 14. I work full-time and usually keep busy, but when I’m home I enjoy relaxing, good food, and watching shows. I’m not the type to bring many people over, but I do like to keep the vibe friendly and chill. I’m looking for someone similar—responsible, considerate, and easy to get along with.
