Close to bus stop,20 mins from Durham College and Ontario Tech University. First and last month rent required. Month to month. Individual must respect the rules of family home. Street parking available.

Mom and her 4 children ages 18 to 10. 18 year old away in university and 3 Children are away every other week. Clean and respectful environment. The space is completely separate from the family space- room is in the lower level so you will have your privacy.
