Rent is $900, and utilities are included, but Internet is not. Internet is roughly $30 per month.

My current roommate has to relocate for work and so I’m looking for someone to sublease the remainder of his half of the lease (5 months remaining) starting on December 1st, 2019 or January 1st, 2020.
