Entry can be through garage or front door, shared kitchen and laundry on main floor. The homeshare is with one other individual and two non-shedding dogs. It is desired that you can help look after the dogs during any travel of the owner (for which rent is reduced). Steps to transit score of 7/10. Non-smoking property (cannabis or cigarette), no drugs, no other pets and limited scents in the home due to allergies. Must like and have experience handling dogs. Mature and reliable, must be willing to submit to criminal check and provide credit and character references. Long term rentals of 1 year preferred but will consider other terms.
