The house is in central Kelowna so it is close to everything. Easy transit access. Close to all amenities (10 min walk max). Parking available for 1 vehicle. The room is unfurnished but comes with a bed if you need one. There is a washer/dryer as well as a full kitchen with all utensils/appliances supplied. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, however there is an attached garage with a heater you can use so that you don’t freeze during winter. NO drug users (cannabis excluded). No pets. Very fast internet. Utilities plus internet are only $75/month. You can buy your own food or we can all agree to share the costs. You’re welcome to have company over anytime as long as there is no late night noisiness during weekdays. Available immediately. The room is 90% MOST LIKELY only available until the end of March (5 months), at which point you will have to move out. I’ve made the price very cheap to accommodate for this inconvenience.

It’s just me and my girlfriend living in the suite. We are both quite and clean people. All of our time spent at home is in our rooms watching TV or playing video games. The only time you will see us is if we are cooking. She is Japanese so you are expected to not wear shoes inside as well as keep things clean and tidy. Also please be respectful of each other and each others space.
