House a short walk from Eglinton West station. Room has a closet and a big window. Nice big front and backyard, with furniture and a BBQ in the back, great for hosting. Lots of room to start a garden which sadly the two of us haven’t been using.

We’re two 29 year old men and childhood friends. Jake’s a talented musician and baker, I write a little bit, we both play a lot of basketball when we aren’t injured from basketball which is rare. I think we’re pretty easygoing and friendly. Unfortunately I’m allergic to animals with fur, even hypoallergenic animals so we can’t have cats/dogs etc. in the house. We tend to be busy but when we aren’t we’re usually happy to hang out or give you your space depending on your preference.
