I am subleasing my room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment across from a LRT station. The room is the master bedroom with a walk through closet and a 4 pc en-suite bathroom. Apartment has in suite laundry, there is on street parking and underground parking available. There is a gym onsite in the building that you can use as well. Gym includes cardio equipment, a smith machine, weight machines and dumbbells up to 120lbs.

Rent is $800 a month including utilities except internet. You would share the apartment with a young professional woman in her mid twenties who works full time. She is super sweet and clean and outgoing. she is usually away most weekends and evenings.

If you have your own living and bedroom furniture there is definitely room for you to bring it with you. The lease will run January (can be negotiated) until April 2020, at which point you can renew with the landlord directly.
