About the room
Looking for a clean, open minded, respectful, working professional or student to move into the 2nd bedroom in a cheerful downtown 2 bedroom suite Dec 1st or possibly Nov 15th. Rent is $1100 a month + utilities. 1/2 month rent for damage deposit is required.
This gorgeous open concept suite is big, bright, and quite literally bathed in sunlight. This private bedroom itself is 165 sqft (15ft by 11ft) + closet space. It’s huge. I could even cheekily add, your bedroom alone is bigger than any bachelor suites i’ve seen listed in the area. But hey, this isn’t a studio it’s a condo/apartment so we have ~800 sqft of living space and it’s really lovely.
- No Pets/No Smoking.

- A 4 piece bathroom with a big tub.
- A gas stove/oven which, if you haven’t had before–it’s the best.

The location can’t be beat: -5 minute walk to the ocean and Beacon Hill Park, -10 minute walk to downtown. I work on the other side of downtown and it’s a 20 minute walk.
- There is a #7 bus stop directly outside the house. We’re talking, right there. This baby will take you to UVIC, or downtown if you wanna go the other way.
- 5 minute walk from Cook Street Village and all it’s amenities. The include bu are not limited to: Pharmacy, grocery stories, walk-in clinic, restaurants, cafes, salons, dentists, pub, liquor store.
- 15 minute walk to the big save on foods on Pandora
- Theres a super cute flower shop/convenience store ~1 minute walk away. I could go on.

About the roomies
A little about me: I’m a mid 20’s female and work full time downtown. I’m not from Victoria, but I moved here for work. On my days off I like to dance, longboard, cook, and rock climb.
