The whole condo is fully furnished, comes with internet and washer and dryer. Hydro is $25 extra. Outdoor patio, gym, 24 hour security, party room, library and many more. Close to Ryerson and George Brown. Eaton center is a 10 min bus ride. Close to all shopping needs and public transportation.
